By using vidozo.app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Vidozo provides

Vidozo helps users process publicly available media from Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, Vimeo, Twitch, and Dailymotion. Depending on the source, the Service may provide downloads, audio extraction, transcripts, public-profile views, carousel results, previews, sharing, and browser-based editing. Vidozo does not access private accounts or private posts.

2. Permitted use

You may process only content you own, have permission or a license to use, or are otherwise legally entitled to use. You remain responsible for respecting copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, and other rights.

3. Prohibited use

You must not:

• Redistribute, republish, sell, or exploit content without the required rights.
• Attempt to access private, restricted, deleted, or login-only content.
• Bypass authentication, access controls, digital rights management, geographic restrictions, or technical protections.
• Automate or bulk-download at a scale that abuses the Service or violates a source platform's rules.
• Evade rate limits, disrupt the Service, introduce malicious code, or probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Use media, transcripts, profiles, or metadata to harass, impersonate, surveil, or violate another person's rights.
• Use the Service in violation of applicable law.

4. Your responsibility for content

You are responsible for submitted URLs, requested results, and how you use any file, transcript, or metadata. Public availability does not mean content is free of copyright or other rights. Vidozo does not grant ownership of or a license to third-party content.

5. No affiliation

Vidozo is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Meta, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google, X Corp., Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, Vimeo, Twitch, or Dailymotion. All trademarks belong to their owners.

6. Availability and output

Source platforms may change their websites, APIs, formats, or access rules at any time. Listing a platform, format, or quality does not guarantee every URL will work. Output quality, metadata, transcript accuracy, format, and availability depend on the public source and device. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

7. Service provided "as is"

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vidozo and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or claims arising from use or inability to use the Service or from processed content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Copyright and other complaints

Vidozo does not operate a public catalog of user uploads; media is requested from public source URLs and processed on demand. If use of the Service affects your rights, send us the source URL, a description of the work, contact details, and your authority to act. We may investigate, restrict technical access, or take other reasonable action.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, legal requirements, repeated infringement, or violation of these Terms.

11. Third-party services

The Service interacts with third-party platforms Vidozo does not control. Their content, availability, terms, and privacy practices remain their responsibility.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service or applicable requirements change. Updated Terms take effect when posted. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be applied to the greatest extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
