This policy explains what information Vidozo ("we", "us") processes when you use vidozo.app (the "Service"), why we process it, and the choices and rights that may be available to you.

1. Links and media you submit

When you submit a public URL, we use it to locate the requested media, prepare the available result, and deliver it to you. Submitted links and processed files are not kept as a permanent user history or public media library. They may exist temporarily while a request is processed or served from a short-lived technical cache, after which they are discarded.

The source platform and its infrastructure receive the technical requests needed to locate and retrieve public media. Those platforms process information under their own privacy policies.

2. Technical and usage information

Our servers and infrastructure providers may automatically process standard technical information, such as IP address, browser and device type, requested endpoint, response status, and request time. We use it to deliver, secure, diagnose, and prevent abuse of the Service. We do not intentionally combine server logs with downloaded media to build user profiles.

3. Information you send to us

If you contact us, we process your email address, message, and information you choose to provide so we can respond, provide support, handle privacy requests, or investigate copyright concerns. Do not send passwords, authentication cookies, private media, or unnecessary sensitive information.

4. Cookies, local storage, and advertising

Vidozo may use browser storage for requested features such as interface preferences and web-app installation. If advertising is enabled, Google AdSense or other disclosed providers may use cookies, device identifiers, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar technologies to deliver and measure ads and, where permitted and consented to, personalize advertising.

Manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings and read how Google uses data from partner sites. Where consent is legally required for non-essential storage or personalized ads, those technologies should not be activated before the required choice is obtained.

5. Analytics

We may use analytics to understand aggregate use, page performance, error rates, and feature usage. If third-party analytics is enabled, its processing and required choices will be disclosed through this policy or the applicable consent interface.

6. Service providers and international processing

We rely on infrastructure and technical providers to host, deliver, secure, and monitor the Service. They may process limited technical information on our behalf and may operate in countries other than yours. Advertising providers and source platforms process data under their own terms and notices. We do not sell the links or media you submit.

7. Legal bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to provide the requested service, for legitimate interests in operating and protecting Vidozo, to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of consent where required. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier processing.

8. Retention

Submitted links and processed files are retained only for the time technically necessary to process and deliver the request, including any short-lived delivery cache. Security logs and support correspondence are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for their operational, security, legal, or support purpose. Backup copies may persist for a limited additional period before scheduled deletion.

9. Your data-protection rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data, to object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a competent data-protection authority. Legal exceptions may apply. Email us to submit a request; we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity.

10. Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information handled by the Service. No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Children's privacy

Vidozo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

12. External services

Vidozo processes public URLs from third-party platforms. We do not control their availability, content, terms, or privacy practices.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service or applicable requirements change. Updates take effect when posted and the effective date will be revised.
